Terumo BCT Product Development Governance
Situation: With several manufacturing facilities across the globe, and a diverse workforce—many of whom didn’t touch the manufacturing process—there was a need to understand the Product Development Governance (PDG)—bringing awareness of its impact on the business. PDG also became part of the corporate Balanced Score Card for alignment across the organization.
Strategy: The request was to put together a smart, powerful, and fun creative marketing campaign that contrasts the difference between a product that utilizes PDG—and one that doesn’t. The team researched product planning benefits and then created short written descriptions to bring home the PDG process’s importance.
Result: The campaign educated, inspired, and engaged associates globally through eye-catching posters, consistent internal communications, and cohesive branded environments. All channels conveyed the key takeaway: The right product, the right timing, and the right process.
